Poor customer service and communication.
They are so quick to respond when someone wants to order but barely do so when someone wants to follow up on the delivery of their order. They don’t respond nor answer the phone. They are not punctual with their deliveries and will not bother to update you.
Goods arrived in good condition! Absolutely love that you deliver nation wide. Please look into a better interactive system for processing orders, dispatching, good picked up by courier services. It gives the customer a better idea of tracking the order. Otherwise - exceptional service on delivery!
