Luxe Living Interiors offers a 2-year limited warranty on selected furniture pieces, starting from the date the item is delivered or collected. This warranty is designed to protect customers against manufacturing-related defects in workmanship and structure under normal household use.

This warranty does not replace your legal consumer rights. It is an additional Luxe Living Interiors warranty promise, applied according to the terms below.

Inspect

We assess the reported issue using photos, videos, invoice details and, where necessary, in-person inspection.

Confirm

If the issue is confirmed as a covered manufacturing defect, we confirm the available repair or support option.

Resolve

Depending on the issue, Luxe Living Interiors may repair the affected part, replace a component, or provide another suitable resolution.

Covered items

What the 2-year warranty covers.

The warranty applies to manufacturing-related defects that occur under normal household use and are reported within the warranty period.

  • Frame structure: major frame faults caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Workmanship: defects linked to stitching, assembly, or construction quality.
  • Internal support: significant support failure caused by faulty workmanship, not misuse.
  • Hardware or fittings: manufacturing-related issues with fitted parts where applicable.
  • Factory defects: issues that clearly come from production and not from damage after delivery.
Customers must report visible damage, incorrect items, or delivery-related issues as soon as possible after receiving the order, preferably with clear photos and videos before the item is used.
Exclusions

What is not covered.

The 2-year warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, poor maintenance, accidents, or conditions outside Luxe Living Interiors’ control.

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.
  • Fabric fading, staining, pilling, burns, cuts, water damage, pet damage, or chemical damage.
  • Damage caused by incorrect cleaning products or improper cleaning methods.
  • Damage caused by moving, dragging, dropping, overloading, or incorrect handling.
  • Damage caused by children jumping on furniture, standing on furniture, or using the item outside its intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by moisture, direct sunlight, damp rooms, mould, pests, or environmental conditions.
  • Comfort preference changes after use, including softness, firmness, or natural settling.
  • Minor fabric shade variations, texture differences, or natural material characteristics.
  • Items repaired, modified, reupholstered, or altered by another party without Luxe Living Interiors’ approval.
  • Clearance, display, sample, or discounted items sold with disclosed imperfections, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer responsibility

How to keep your warranty valid.

To keep the warranty valid, customers must use and care for the item properly.

  • Keep proof of purchase, invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.
  • Use the furniture indoors unless the product is specifically made for outdoor use.
  • Avoid dragging furniture across the floor; lift it carefully when moving.
  • Keep the furniture away from excessive moisture and harsh direct sunlight where possible.
  • Clean fabric according to the recommended fabric care guidance.
  • Report defects early before the issue becomes worse.
Warranty claim

How to request warranty support.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Luxe Living Interiors with enough information for our team to assess the issue properly.

  • Your full name and contact number.
  • Your order number, invoice, or proof of payment.
  • The product name and date of delivery or collection.
  • Clear photos and videos showing the issue.
  • A short explanation of what happened and when the issue started.

Once received, our team will review the claim and advise on the next step. Inspection may be required before a final decision is made.
