These Terms of Service explain the terms and conditions that apply when you visit our website, browse our products, place an order, or use any of our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Luxe Living Interiors

Luxe Living Interiors is a South African furniture and home interiors business offering custom-made furniture, luxury couches, headboards, sleigh beds, TV stands, pedestals, home décor, re-upholstery services, and related interior solutions.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Luxe Living Interiors” refer to Luxe Living Interiors. The terms “you”, “your”, and “customer” refer to anyone using our website, purchasing from us, or interacting with our services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to use our website in any way that may damage the website, interfere with other users, violate any laws, or misuse any content, features, tools, or services provided on the website.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics, finishes, sizes, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible.

However, product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, lighting, camera settings, editing, fabric texture, or supplier variations.

Because many of our pieces are custom-made, slight variations may occur in size, fabric appearance, colour tone, stitching, button placement, cushioning, wood finish, or other handmade details.

These small differences do not make the product defective. They are part of the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our furniture.

4. Custom-Made Orders

Many Luxe Living Interiors products are made to order according to the customer’s selected size, fabric, colour, design, or specifications.

Once a custom-made order has been confirmed and production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully before confirming payment, including product size, colour, fabric, quantity, delivery address, and any custom requirements.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website or through our team, you are making an offer to purchase from Luxe Living Interiors.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Luxe Living Interiors.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order if there is an error with pricing, product information, stock availability, payment, delivery details, suspected fraud, or any other issue that may affect the order.

If we need to cancel or amend an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout or during the order process.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made in full or according to an approved payment arrangement before an order can be processed.

Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information. Luxe Living Interiors will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

7. Lay-By and Payment Plans

Where lay-by or payment plan options are available, the customer agrees to follow the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

Orders purchased through lay-by or payment arrangements may only be processed, released, collected, or delivered once the required payments have been made according to the agreed terms.

Failure to complete payments within the agreed period may result in delays, cancellation, or other actions in line with the applicable lay-by policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Luxe Living Interiors offers delivery across South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, production schedule, fabric availability, delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

For Gauteng orders, the estimated lead time is usually 10 to 20 working days.

For orders outside Gauteng, the estimated lead time is usually 15 to 35 working days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, size, weight, and quantity of the items ordered.

Customers must ensure that the delivery address is correct and that there is enough space for the furniture to enter the property, building, room, doorway, staircase, lift, or passage.

Luxe Living Interiors will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, restricted access, building rules, road conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Collection Orders

Customers may choose to collect their orders from our showroom once the order is ready.

Please wait for confirmation from our team before collecting your order. Customers must collect within the agreed timeframe once notified.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made products, made-to-order furniture, used items, damaged items caused by customer handling, and products made according to customer specifications may not qualify for return or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Customers must inspect their items upon delivery or collection and report any issue as soon as possible with clear photos and order details.

11. Warranty

Where a warranty applies, it covers qualifying manufacturing faults only.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect cleaning, water damage, burns, stains, fabric damage, accidental damage, pet damage, customer alterations, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery or collection.

Warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by Luxe Living Interiors before any repair, replacement, or solution is offered.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, product descriptions, brand names, and other materials belong to Luxe Living Interiors or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, edit, distribute, publish, or use our content for personal, commercial, or business purposes without written consent from Luxe Living Interiors.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links, apps, payment providers, courier services, social media platforms, or other third-party services.
