How do I place an order?

You can order online through our website, visit our Pretoria showroom, or send us a WhatsApp message with the product name, preferred size, colour, fabric and delivery location.

What information should I send for a custom quote?

Please send the product style you want, dimensions, fabric or colour preference, inspiration photo if available, and your delivery location. This helps us quote faster and more accurately.

Can I customise the size, fabric or colour?

Yes. Many Luxe Living Interiors pieces can be customised by size, colour, fabric and finish. Custom changes may affect the final price and production timeline.

When does production start?

Production normally starts once payment has been confirmed and the final order details have been approved. For Lay-By orders, production normally starts after full payment unless otherwise approved in writing.

Delivery

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. Luxe Living Interiors delivers across South Africa. Delivery cost and timing depend on your location, order size and courier or delivery arrangement.

How long does delivery or production take?

Selected pieces may take around 2–3 weeks, while custom orders or deliveries outside Gauteng may take longer. Our team will confirm the timeline when your order is placed.

Lay-By

How does Luxe Living Interiors Lay-By work?

Lay-By allows you to reserve selected items and pay them off monthly before collection or delivery. Items of R5,000 or less are automatically calculated over 3 months. Items above R5,000 may qualify for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Can I receive my item before finishing Lay-By?

No. Lay-By items are only released, collected or delivered once the full Lay-By balance has been paid and the payment reflects on our side.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel a Lay-By?

Yes, a Lay-By cancellation request must be made in writing. If production has not started, the refund is calculated as the amount paid so far, minus a 10% cancellation/admin fee of the amount paid, and minus any applicable unrecoverable payment charges.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Custom-made items are made according to approved specifications, so returns, exchanges or cancellations may be restricted once production has started. Please confirm all details carefully before approving your order.

Where is your showroom?

Our showroom is at 213 Ds Bosman Street, Pretoria Central, South Africa, 0002. You are welcome to visit during trading hours to view selected pieces and speak to our team.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.
