Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process, prepare, and deliver your order.
Delivery Areas
Luxe Living Interiors offers nationwide delivery across South Africa.
We deliver to Gauteng and other provinces, including KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, North West, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, and Northern Cape.
Lead Times
Most of our furniture pieces are custom-made or prepared according to your order. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the product, fabric choice, quantity ordered, production schedule, and your delivery location.
For orders within Gauteng, our standard lead time is approximately 10 to 20 working days from the date of purchase.
For orders outside Gauteng, including other provinces across South Africa, our standard lead time is approximately 15 to 35 working days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, product availability, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, as well as the size, weight, and quantity of the items purchased.
For larger furniture pieces, delivery costs may vary depending on the area and whether special handling, assembly, or additional delivery support is required.

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our showroom.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and that someone is available to receive the order during the arranged delivery time.
Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and in good condition.
Important Delivery Notes
Please make sure there is enough space for the furniture to enter your home, building, room, or apartment.
Customers are responsible for checking access points such as gates, doors, staircases, lifts, passages, and parking areas before delivery.
If you live in an apartment, estate, complex, or office building, please ensure that all necessary access arrangements are made before the delivery date.
If you have special delivery instructions, please share them with us when placing your order or before your delivery is scheduled.
Luxe Living Interiors will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access, bad weather, road issues, transport delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and delivering every order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
