Poor service delivery. I ordered a couch on 25th August 2026 and i had to follow up multiple times on the progress of the couch. When I ordered they told me that I'll receive my couch after 15 days and they'll communicate throughout then later on when i was enquiring I was told that it takes 20 business working days to finish the couch and that's not what i was told when i ordered the couch and that's not what the website says about people who reside in Pretoria. I went to the store on the 14th business working day and asked to view the couch only to find that they haven't started with it and the guy thought I'm a fool and showed me a different frame of another couch totally different from mone further more i was told that there's no money to buy the fabric i choose mind you i paid full price of the couch including the delivery fee.
The communication is very poor and i don't see myself buying here again they make you feel like they're making you a favor.
I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone else. The couch has a weird strong bad smell. I was told that the delivery will be at 16:30 and i went to the shop by 16:25 the delivery guys went out to buy legs and the delivery occurred by 17:50.
And the receptionist yellow bone lady is full of lies just to cover up their delay. My couch was done within 2-3 hours but the reason of not doing it was lack of money from the boss. Imagine what kind of service is that when i paid in full before production. I received my couch on 14 September since i ordered on 25th August and this was only possible because i asked for a refund which they refused and was left with no choice than to give them their laat day and was planning to open a case against them so that i can get my money back.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!!
The couch is good quality but they took too long to manufacture and deliver (4 weeks)
